No data plates on vehicle, frame data plate also missing, serial number from state title.
It took three Slat-Grills in different degrees of incompletion and disrepair, to put this vehicle together. The serial number was taken from the state title. Restoration started at the dawn of time and was completed in September of 2000. I thank my wife for her patience and support and my friend Ed for his encouragement and mechanical expertise.
