MB 360429

Found this '44 MB the same day I located GPW #92508 (May 1st,2001). (DOD is est.) Originally a Navy jeep. Two Navy Gray coats over factory O/D& ram horn hooks at front. Had been heavily "sportrized" i.e. rollbar, CJ2 windshield, hood, grill & more. Was a runabout at the local strip mines. Plate denotes last being roadworthy: September 1989 in Penna. 4/18/02 Note: a heck of a bullet rip was found inside the glove box looking outward, had been bondo patched,... size hole about a.50 cal. July 14th 2002: MB #360429 has been sold to a fellow G503 fan. June 10th 2004: This MB was again sold as a parts jeep for a full restore project. New owner building from the rolling stock on up.
