The data plates and glove compartment are missing so DOD is estimated. It seems like there has been some kind of machinegun mount there instead. The engine is from a Willys M38(?)(1950-1952), I also have a early CJ2 engine (in boxes..). I purchased this Willys MB 12-05-2001. It was imported from France in January 2001. The hoodnumber is not right, a former owner took that one from a book. When I repaint it some day, I will try to make it right. (I've not yet sanded the hood to check for numbers).
