I rescued this jeep from a guy who was about to "hunterize" it with bucket seats and a tractor gas tank in Back. It has not run since 1965 when the original engine died. The owner at that time installed a F-Head engine but never cut the hood and apparently never started it.
The body is in surprisingly good condition and only needs a fuel tank & sump, and a repair panel for the axe area. The suspension & steering is remarkably tight as you would expect in a low mileage jeep.
I still need seat frames, solid wheels, early speedometer, and an air cleaner.
