Ford GPW 15053
I bought this jeep at the Beltring 2002 War and Peace Show. The previous owner had driven it to the show from Norway. The original data plates are missing, but there is another plate fitted to the bulkhead (firewall) that states that it was "Reconditioned by Deutsche Waggon - U. Maschinen Fabriken G.M.B.H, Berlin - Borsigwalde. 101/73, August 1955". I don't know how or when the jeep ended up in Norway, but the previous owner assured me that it had been dry stored in Norway since 1956.
I would really appreciate any further help or information that anyone could give me!.
