The jeep was used by the Greek Military, and purchased by Surplus dealer G. Den Otter Ltd, Kilkade No.17, Doredrehct, Holland in the early 1980's. Then sold to Sam Winer Motors, Inc. in early 1984. Purchased by a military vehicle collector in Michigan, in August 1984 with only 549 miles on the odometer. The jeep still has the Ford type Autolite 12volt conversion kit that was installed by the Greek military. The factory engine was replaced by the military with the early CJ2A model.
