GPW 72609

My sons spotted this GPW in a small town east of Fort Bridger where we live. I went and talked to the guy who owned it giving him all kinds of information on it. His son was going to restore it sometime he said. As time went on I kept in touch with him giving him as much information as I could get my hands on. One day he told me that the LOVE bug had bit his son and that he needed to sell his GPW and did I know anyone who wanted it for $500. I almost pulled his arm out of socket grabbing his hand to put the money into it. This GPW was in fair shape when purchased. It has a CJ L head engine in it. I rebuilt the engine transmission transfer case etc to bring them back to life. Of course the rebuild continues, as money allows.
