It took about 6 months before finding the Jeep. It was bought by a French guy in 1945, just after WW2, and he used the jeep to his work as a ranger. In 2001, very ill, he and his wife decided to sell this car because it was not useful. Immediately, he found a buyer. During 3 years, the car remained in the garage without being disassembled, and does not run. The new owner decided to sell it. Since October 10, 2004, it's mine. I made 1200 km to fetch. But I found a very nice jeep, 95% parts are Ford and original. Since that day, I attend many events. Every year I go by road, in Normandy.
