This is a early GPW on a Willys frame. The frame is marked "GPW1658". Has the hinged door filerette. Still has the "gas" labeled fuel gauge and 30 amp meter. CJ2A block with F script head, original F script radiator, Ford script rear panel, and all three original brass data plates were still on the glove box door. Body in remarkably sound shape, due to nine different coats of paint throughout the years, but was able to uncover the "combat star" on the cowl. Doing basic restoration now, will undergo frameup restoration within the year.
