Ford GPW 65146
In Brazil there are very few accurate jeeps running and the challenge for restoration is hard because original or even reproduction parts are not available. Many times you have to buy 2 or 3 old jeeps just to take something as a model and build it. Due to my job I am fortunate to trip abroad and the majority of my parts came from USA (thanks to Ron Fitzpatrik, John Rogers and hundreds of other friends) and Europe.
Today my jeep is 100% like the original. Engine runs quiet and powerful, every parts works perfect.
The problem happens when for any reason I have to park it and people came around to ask, to admire and I be proud to be the owner of a real legend.
