MB 147799

This jeep was used by Australian soldiers in particular the Military Police in several theaters of conflict, and later shipped to japan as part of the BCOF (British Commonwealth Occupation Force), It then went onto see service in Korea before being stored and later sold to the public in 1956, The jeep has the original willy's tag on the front strong arm of the bumper and the same number on the plate on the Glove box but at some stage someone has replaced the front seats with Ford seats and converted it to RHD.( which is being changed back to LHD) it is almost all original under the bonnet except for the 12v conversian, and several coats of dodgy paint
