This jeep was found on the otterburn moors 1969-70 by my friend Bob Bolton who was then in the ATC air training corps he came across 10 jeeps all in disrepair then found the farmer to which they belonged he said bob could have them. After the 2ww he had bought the said 10 jeeps for £10 each then he could not get spares and was canabalizing the jeeps he had when these parts ran out he dumped the jeeps then in the early 1950s landrover came on the scene and spares were easier to be had.Bob was on a month getting everything off the moors and on the farm back to where he lived and started on building 2 jeeps out of the parts he had he still has his which he is building up again.
