GPW 26982
I am in the process of restoring a 1942 Ford GPW serial number GPW 26982. I acquired the Jeep in the Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania area. The Jeep was missing the engine , grille , radiator and some miscellaneas parts.Sept.2011 about 85% complete on the restoration. Shown in the picture is my son two day before he left for Marine core boot camp.
