Probably the best GPW i have ever seen.....everything is left original, i even found original seat canvas covers (with springs). The reg nr is original, i also found under 2 layers of paint the markings from 8th British Army.I will try to chemically remove the layers of paint to get back to the original paint and markings. NOTE: original Willys Standard body. NOV 2022 update: original paint showed up again, I've revised/rebuild broken components, the few missing parts have been picked up from my others GPW jeeps, so everything is original and F marked, but top bows and mirror arm. On the hood a 20" star with circle, TP22 on fenders, NO white reg. markings, only the blue ones (that appears to be covered in black paint). On the left side, under passenger door, it seems to be painted in white an M......... reg. number, not readable anymore...
