This MB was bought and imported from France in the late 1970s. It was rebuilt by the French Army which explains a mixture of MB/GPW parts. Complete Motorpool Class restoration started in 2010 and was completed in 2015 keeping a maximum of the original parts. The hood number U.S.A. 20358029 is a close estimate based on other known numbers from the same production period.
