My jeep came from the from the New York Naval Shipyard where it was surplussed in 1953. I have the original discharge paper. From what I can tell spent its 9 year career in the Navy. According to John Farly the body is original to the jeep and we think has never been off the frame judging from the hardware. I keep it as a tribute to my father and a daily driver on Historic Fort Screven here on Tybee Island Georgia.
