I tried to strip down the paint to find the hood numbers but it seems like the area where the numbers were painted was stripped down to bare metal. I was in the Marines and decided (before attempting to find them) that if I found the numbers I'd restore it as an Army jeep, but since I couldn't find them welcome to the Marine Corps my friend!
