MB 340800
I bought this MB since it is only 44 digits away from a friend’s 1944 MB here in Omaha (MB 340844). I will be having all the sheet metal and frame restoration work done soon. The body is rough in areas but salvageable. I’m a firm believer in saving and restoring original body tubs! The nomenclature tag was missing but based on other MBs within a hundred digits of this one, a solid DoD estimate would be 6-9-1944. Hopefully the original registration number is still under all the layers of paint on the hood.
