GPW 48315

This jeep is probably one of the last "script" bodied GPW's. It was found on a farm near Green City, MO. We believe it was surplused and used by the Missouri Department of Conservation near Unionville, MO. The two engines that came with the vehicle were a CJ-2a, and Volvo B-3. The glove box door was missing so the only info I can go from the serial number. The characterisitics of it are all of an earlier rather than mid-series GPW. It was restored in the Summer of 02 from a rusted hulk to like new condition. More pictures of it can be located on the original photos page of www.geocities.com/soldierboy440/railsplitters
