GPW 260157
1945 Ford GPW, hood number 20734657 (blue numbers) was built in Dallas Texas on May 16, 1945, and was a “crate jeep”. It never left the states and is unknown if it ever saw active service or was sold as surplus. Thanks to Tom Wolbalt and Mike Watson for their research. I plan to start restoring it Spring of 2025.
