Here is my jeep in front of a souvenir from the germans when they spent four years in France.
I purchased this jeep in 1981. The license of the car indicates 1948 as the date of first circulation, however it's fabrication was naturaly earlier. French army used this car during algeria war before to be used by EDF (Electric Company of France).
I restored one first time in 1985. I finished it's second restoration at the end of 2001.
I tried to respect the original version, but several transformations were necessary in order to increase it's "avaibility".
Main transformations : replacement of the engine (marked Ford) by an engine issued from an military electrical engine. 6V voltage was replaced by 12V.
