GPW 72371

Frame number followed by a small, stamped star; not preceded by GPW. Vehicle rough but fairly complete. Have done bad things such as installing CJ-2 trans and x-member (original trans fried) and swapping front wheel cylinders to rear and installing larger wheel cylinders in front. Came with a big PTO winch mounted on the rear, very poor engineering. Nearly every bolt so far has F marking. Previous owner converted it to 12 VDC, it will stay that way. Also has locking hubs. Always looking for pointers, parts sources. Heard from a guy with serial number 72370! Saw mine on this list - g503.com strikes again!! Contacts okay: patricio@murman.net.
